The newest member of our family has grown so much since the day he was born! From his first days in the hospital to living the sweet life in his comfy new home. It's been fun being able to capture some of this cute lil guys first photographs. I can't wait to continue to capture future moments for him and his family to look back on. Now, stop growing Derek! You are getting too big:)

It's so nice when I get to meet a Instagramer couple in person! So when Sukara asked me to take holiday photos of her , her fiance Greg and pup Benson I jumped at the chance to meet this cute (and sweet) couple in person! For there fun holiday session we created a few small sets in the Coach House to photograph them in before heading outdoors to enjoy the beautiful and unseasonably warm December weather (it was in the 60's)! They were such a cool couple to photograph and I really was digging there laid back wardrobe selections as well. A special thank you to Janelle of Re:Find Joy for the holiday props and for creating the custom chalkboard hand lettering holiday greeting! Season's Greetings to you all :)

Our first brag book studio sample from Pinhole Pro arrived in the mail last night. And it's even sweeter in person! I love the thick cotton fabric covers that envelop the 10 photos inside. I filled it with photos from our Mother's Day shoot and I can't wait to start creating some for my photo clients! These brag books are a sweet keepsake that they are sure tote everywhere and share with everyone! With so many color options....the hardest decision is how many to order!?

I had the great joy of spending a Saturday afternoon with 3 generations of beautiful ladies this past weekend. I meet Victoria, her daughters, and her mom in the lush covered grounds of the Little Red School House nature center in Willow Springs. Although it was raining throughout the morning the rains held up for us as we walked the trails and took in the scenic views. I can't wait to start creating a brag book for these mama's so they can relive this fun afternoon session in the woods together!
